6th Annual Corn Roast ::::

Eat Corn Like it's Going out of Style

Dozens and dozens of ears of sweet corn awaiting your appetite. The corn is grown right on the property so it's fresh and tasty, it will be picked that morning! We have a unique steamer that seals in the flavor, then dip in butter and season just the way you like it. There is a limited amount of other food available so be prepared to down several ears! (see What to Bring)

Drink Beer and be Merry

There will be a couple different varieties of beer available, Miller Lite and Bud Light. Because of the remote location of this roast, it is preferred that you have a designated driver or plan to stay the night. There is plenty of room for camping, see the camping section below for more information. There will also be soda for the kids or your DD.

Guzzle beer and eat corn like it's your birthday because this party is free! Nonetheless, you can show your corn roast spirit by sporting our "shuckin' good time" T-Shirt available in any size. This shirt allows you to offset some of our expenses while looking downright stellar in your corn eating apparel. Shirts will be available at the party, payment in CASH is appreciated as we use these funds to replenish beer etc. throughout the night.

Jam out with the Live Entertainment

This year the entertainment rocks again with two seperate musical acts by Mark Parker and "Out of It".

For those who attended last year, you will recognize both bands and their full repertoire of music. Mark will be Jamming all the classics such as Supertramp, Mellencamp, Eagles, and more! Mark has performed at many popular clubs in the Milwaukee area and has rocked them all!

"Out if It" is a local band from the Watertown area who's sound is influenced by musical greats such as Bob Dylan, CCR, and Lynard Skynard to name a few. They too have performed at several venues including the Rave in Milwaukee. They will perform cover songs as well as some of their own originals!

Do you like to sing in your drunken state? Then feel free to get up and belt it out as a simulated front man for the band!

Camping Possibilities

Due to the remote location of the party, it is
recommended that you get a designated driver or plan
on spending the night. There is plenty of room for setting up tents, or if you have a motor home you're welcome to bring it. It would be quite convenient to stumble to your tent or RV after throwing a few back around the campfire!

What to Bring

There will be more corn here than you can eat. Other than corn it's slim pickin's so if you like, bring something to complement your corn. Sometimes people bring dish to pass so feel free.. Bring a lawn chair if you can since there is limited seating. Booze is welcome if you're not a beer drinker but you'll have to bring your own along with the fixin's. Other than that, bring yourself, your wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, kids, someone elses kids, and dancin' shoes. IF YOU BRING YOUR PET PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE. Pets caught crapping on the lawn in the vicinity of the party will be exterminated.
